(For those not in the know, "Brigadoon" is a musical by Lerner and Lowe about a town in Scotland that miraculously disappears, frozen in time for a hundred years except for one day every century. It was later made into a film. It is not actually the Scottish Play in question, which is the one written by Shakespeare.)

WARNING: DO NOT ACTUALLY ATTEMPT THIS IN A REAL THEATRE. Theater people take these things very seriously, often times for very good reason. Sometimes the reasons is that it causes mix-ups in backstage direction, sometimes it's so people don't trip on things and die, and sometimes it's because they're very hard workers under a lot of stress and not willing to incur even the slightest bit of negative supernatural attention even if they don't believe in it and so are perfectly willing to pick you up, throw you outside in the snow, and make you stay outside until you turn around 3 times, spit, curse, and knock to be let back in.
