Roommates 478 - Throw The Book

In which panel 2 is lacking a bit of thing because the artist inked while tired,

OR

In which the artist continues to make bad puns during dramatic moments.


Panel 2 is supposed to have Eponine throwing the book (thus the title), but I forgot to ink the actual book while I was struggling with the perspective. Then I was going to cut out and insert a book there, and couldn't get that to work the way I wanted to, so... we have a book that flew right out of panel.

I grew up familiar with the version done by Jane Yolen, who was one of the founding pillars of my love of fantasy. It's also a damn pretty version, though I believe it may be out of print.)
