I'm hoping to see more characters from different series, since it seems like anime and games are now valid source material.
I can personally think of a few characters from a certain very popular web series that can qualify for the Apartment on account of being dead-in-canon (though one of them may be a bit of a fixer-upper for Erik, Tony, and Takashi)
