(Sits back and waits for flames for Erik's appearance...)
Erik belongs to Leroux and Webber.
Jareth belongs to Henson, Lucas, and Bowie.
Erlkönig is a mythological character and belongs to everyone and no one.
In the panel after the shadow-panther’s transformation into Erik, is that meant to be Erik putting a mask on? Or is it someone else wearing that mask? (Cause just about anyone could be wearing a mask and it would still make sense for this arc, considering how most characters are filling certain roles in this dream where they aren’t quite themselves. >>)
You did something diffrent but I cant tell what it is...
*backs away. *
ERIK! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????????????
( ' ) ' )
I'm inside you're computer : D
Is that really *Erik*?!?!?
I'm Gonna Kick It Up A Notch!
"Just love me. Fear me. Do as I say and I shall be your slave! - Jareth, Goblin King
"I haz a doobyus." - Gip, Goblin of GND by
~You alone can make my song take flight....~ - Erik, Phantom of the Opera
That is... wow... I couldn't believe Javert... James was was pushing but Erik... WOW!
As in awesome plot!
However, I'm going back to my previous theory before this one to say that Erlkonig is the one casting the spell, and Jareth is trying to snap himself out of it. It's a lot less developed or explanative, but, then again, I have no idea how much either one is correct.
Also, I am now insanely curious as to what in halibut is going on.
How many fans like Eric due to the mask?
And again, your paneling amazes me~ ;w;
Not in any way I could verbalize, but I'm not feeling confused.
Is this a bad thing? A good thing? A sign I'm waaaay too into folklore, fantasy, and the primal fears of humanity?
Jamie and Erik are looking really quite dashing in this arc...
*blinks and feels like she's missing something still..... waits for next page* o.o
