In which two tricksters play the Oldest Game,
In which the levels of absurdity reach critical mass.
The Game mentioned here has also appeared in Sandman (Gaiman), but for those of you who haven't read it, it boils down to a game of wits: a challenge of versus. As evident by the reappearance of tequila, this is probably not the best of games for two tricksters to play, as eventually they will both lose.
On a less literary note, yeah, yeah, I caved and added Loki. He wasn't in this arc originally, so this one is all on you guys. Next week, we'll finally get to the page for which I drew this entire arc. (Amusingly enough, that page has been penciled since May. It only took me... all summer to get to it.)
Also, happy birthday! Sorry it's belated, best I could do; am actually really far behind right now.
... Jeeze, that's a lot of notes...
