In which the artist fails to avoid more BBC shows, resulting in some minor timeline/multiverse fandom headaches for those paying attention,

In which the French and the English fail to get along, but for an entirely different reason than usual in this building.

Because an Inspector and a Consulting Detective must, on principle, clash to some degree.

I did say I was going through a bit of a Sherlock phase. (More like frenzy...) In all honesty, I drew this one well before watching the majority of the show.

Norrington belongs to Disney, Bruckheimer, and Davenport.
Javert belongs to Hugo, Boublil, Schonberg, and Kretzmer.
Holmes and Watson belong to Doyle (this version to Moffat, Gatiss, Cumberbatch, and Freeman).

OH MY GOD!  EVERYTHING IS COMING TRUE!!! Now all we need is Sherlock and the Doctor to meet and then my dream would come true!

Are you going to include Mary in this?

It depends on if I ever watch the last episode of Season 3.
Watch it. You'll love the ending.

Just watched Sherlock... and, consequently, read many of the original stories. Makes re-reading this so much more fun. Wish there was much, much more of it, though. The show's gold. And the series endings... especially the most recent one. Any theories about it? I have a notebook dedicated to theories about the end of season 3 myself.

I am terrible with enduring cliffhangers, and so have pretty much decided not to watch any of the last episodes of a season until the next one is out. It's the only way I have any hope of surviving.

*points skyward* I have a weird headcanon-y theory that I feel like sharing for why there's more than one Sherlock Holmes and John Watson hanging around. Sherlock Holmes is the most portrayed human character in film, with 254 movies and 75 different actors portraying him. We've seen characters being able to switch between different interpretations (like Valjean). I like to think that originally there was only one version of Holmes and Watson that could switch between or suppress different versions of themselves; but as more and more sometimes vastly different takes on the characters began to show up, they couldn't be contained in one vessel, and the major personalities (Rathbone, Brett, Cumberbatch and others) split off into their own separate forms. Thus, RDJ and Cumberbatch. Also the same happened to Watson of course, because you can't have Sherlock Holmes without his Boswell.

This is pretty accurate. Also the division and war of fandom helped.
