There's a long and complicated story behind this one, but it boils down to the White Ghost (on the left) fighting with a guardian spirit (on the right) over the soul of a child. The White Ghost is Yue's code name. Bei Furui is the guardian spirit.

I didn't understand the title, although I may go look it up now.
Have to admit, I clicked on the thumbnail because I thought this was 12 Kingdoms fanart. I was all, "Hooray! Yoko's protecting Taiki!"

The story behind this pic sounds interesting, but I have to confess that they also remind me of the scene from 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' where Oberon and Titania fight over the little Indian page-boy...
